Role: Representative County Manager

Are you passionate about developing young footballers and leading representative squads to success? Cheshire Schools FA is looking for a dedicated and experienced individuals to manage and inspire out county teams.

Role Overview

As a Representative County Manager, you will be responsible for selecting, managing, and developing a county squad drawn from a diverse range of schools.

Key Responsibilities
- Select a balanced and competitive representative squad from schools across the county.
- Prioritise the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of all players at all times.
- Uphold and promote values and professionalism of the Association.
- Plan and lead training sessions and attend scheduled fixtures.
- Liaise closely with the County Programme Lead regarding fixtures and logistics.
- Communicate effectively with players and parents using our communication platforms.
- Take responsibility for matchday kit, equipment and organising your staffing team.

Essential Requirements
- A valid DBS certificate.
- Completion of Safeguarding Children in Education or an equivalent safeguarding qualification through the FA or FAW.
- Proven experience in coaching or managing a football or school team.

Desirable Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Level 2 Coaching Qualification (or higher).
- Familiarity with Cheshire Schools FA structure and operations.
